We’ll provide a free return shipping label for you to return your item at no additional cost. We offer a full refund for products that have not been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.

Discounted items (bundles & sets excluded) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

If you receive a damaged LOJEL product, please contact our customer service team immediately.

We offer a 1-year limited global warranty on all accessories.

Situations where the accessories warranty doesn’t apply:
• If the receipt, invoice, or digital order confirmation is lost, defaced, or illegible
• If unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made
• If the product has been used in conditions outside of its intended purpose

The warranty does not cover damage from:
• Improper care or misuse
• Excessive sun exposure
• The use of inappropriate cleaning products
• Normal wear and tear:
– Exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, or moisture
– Fabric abrasion
– Rips, tears, or cuts
– Melted zippers or fabric
– Stains (grease, oil, dirt, ink, etc.)

USE:

You can attach the AirTag Holder in 4 different ways:

1. Use the short strap + carabiner setup to link key fobs or similar devices
2. Use the short strap without the carabiner when linking another metal ring to avoid scratching and noise.
3. Use the long strap without the carabiner to attach to backpack handles and loops.
4. Use the long strap + carabiner setup for thinner attachmens such as bag handles or slings.

CARE:

• Dampen a microfiber cloth using water mixed with mild detergent or soap (do not use chlorine or bleach).
• Wipe the leather surface while avoiding any metal components.
• Dry the surface with a towel.
• Apply leather cream or wax to nourish the leather.
• Use a towel once again to polish the surface.

The Iloj collection uses durable and timeless full-grain vachetta leather as well as nickel-free plating that reduces the risk of this toxic metal leaching into the environment during production. The Iloj collection is crafted with zinc alloy, iron, and copper, using an electroplating process to create the sleek, brushed nickel finish without using nickel itself.
